There are three ways to get involved:

  1. Become a participant household. The research is open to households in the North West of England, particularly around the: Burnley, Calderdale, Clitheroe, Oldham, Rochdale, Rossendale and Whalley areas.
  2. Share your thrifty stories!
  3. Share your thrifty photos! These can be of objects you have made, or pictures that you feel symbolise thrift. Please email  them to me at: Helen.Holmes@manchester.ac.uk and with your permission I’ll add to them to the site.
